Change of management at Hydraulik Nord Group

We are pleased to inform you about the new/complete appointment to the management of the Hydraulik Nord Group. From 1 October 2020, Mr. André Knaack, Mr. Boris Hagmaier and Mr. Michael Schink will take over the management of the Hydraulik Nord Group.

Mr. André Knaack will in future be responsible for group-wide sales at Hydraulik Nord Group as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). He has been working for the Hydraulik Nord Group since 2002, most recently as Managing Director of Hydraulik Schwerin GmbH. In addition, he worked for over 10 years in Research & Development. Under his leadership, the sales departments of the 6 locations will be merged in order to provide even better customer support and to advance the internationalization strategy. Furthermore he is the managing director of KMF Kemptener Maschinenfabrik GmbH.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Boris Hagmaier takes over the Finance and Controlling department of the HN Group. As Managing Director of Andreas Lupold Hydrotechnik GmbH, Mr. Hagmaier has already been working for Hydraulik Nord since 15.07.2019. Prior to this, he held various management positions in the controlling and finance area as well as managing director positions and spent the last 12 years as Division Finance Officer at the SMARTRAC Group.

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Schink to the Hydraulik Nord Group. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) Michael Schink will be responsible for the production and technology strategy of the HN Group. At the Dürmentingen location he will take over the management of Buck GmbH. Michael Schink previously worked for various metal processing companies in an international environment, where he successfully managed several plants. His core competence lies in the area of lean production, process and technology development. Mr. Schink is 44 years old, married and has three daughters.
