KMF trains in cooperation with "Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw)"

Alternative form of permanent recruitment and retention of skilled workers

Through a cooperation with "Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw)" in Kempten, machining mechanics have again been trained at KMF Kemptener Maschinenfabrik GmbH since 1 September. This cooperation is unique in Bavaria and gives the KMF the opportunity to offer the apprenticeship as a machining mechanic again for several years. The 6 trainees are supervised by an employee of "Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw)" and instructed in practical and theoretical contents. Every few weeks the apprentices put their acquired knowledge into practice in the production halls of the KMF. You will receive professional support here from the qualified team. HR manager Susanne Sommer from KMF Kemptener Maschinenfabrik GmbH is convinced that this model is also interesting for other companies that do not have the necessary equipment to adequately train their apprentices, but have an increased need for skilled workers. This model is to be used to conclude further training contracts in the coming years and to secure skilled workers in the long term.

Further information can be obtained from "Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw)" (https://www.kjf-bbw.de/) or from the HR manager Susanne Sommer of KMF (https://hn-group.com/en/companies/career-and-jobs/).
