A day dedicated to health

The Health Day at the Kempten location offered a wide range of products and services on the topics of health, well-being and fitness.

The 29th of October at our location in Kempten was all about health.Organized by the personnel manager of the KMF, Mrs. Susannne Sommer, and supported by the AOK, the "Health Day" took place in the KMF Kemptener Maschinenfabrik.

The employees were able to test their back function on the back-check device brought by the AOK and find out how their fitness or their backs are resilient.Especially in the daily routine of a machine factory, this is more important than ever. Regular back exercises and relaxation have become commonplace in the productive area as well as in everyday office life.Not only for this reason does the KMF already offer a weekly running meeting internally.By offering 2 workshops in the morning and in the afternoon by a trained sports physician of the AOK, the employees were able to take an overview of the respective exercises to strengthen the back. In a raffle you could get the end of a sports equipment AOK.The diverse range of health, well-being and fitness topics was very well received by the employees.By attending the AOK health day and the great team of employees of the KMF, the Kempten site received the opportunity to organize an internal yoga course in 2020 as a thank you to the AOK.
